About this house rental
Nestled in the heart of the pretty little village of Angresse, the 140m² "Pascouale" house will seduce you as much by its location as by its functionality. It has a 4-star rating for 7 people awarded by the department.
Bright and completely renovated, this charming Landes house dating from 1924 can accommodate 8 people. Ideal for one or two families with children, it will also delight several couples (in order to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood, it is not suitable for partying).
Located in a very quiet and welcoming area, it benefits from a prime location less than 500m walk from all shops and services: bakery, greengrocer, caterer, tobacconist, pizzeria, hairdresser, bus, beach shuttles, children's park, city stadium, fitness trail, fronton... Lake Hossegor and Landes beaches only 10 minutes away by car. Pedebert area and its factory outlets 2km away: Rip Curl, Billabong, Hurley, Roxy...
Housed in a small one-way street with little traffic, you will appreciate the tranquility of the neighborhood to take full advantage of the two outdoor terraces. A south-facing terrace and a shaded terrace, very appreciable during hot weather. Not to mention the plancha and the 10m² heated salt water swimming pool with a roller shutter.
On the first floor:
- Large living room with living room, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen,
- 1 bathroom with washing machine and dryer,
- 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom of 12m² with a double bed (160x200),
- 1 attic bedroom of 10m² with a double bed (160x200),
- 1 bedroom of 15m² with a double bed (140x190) and 2 single bunk beds (90x200),
- 1 small bedroom with a sofa bed (80x200) and TV.
- 1 pretty bathroom with bath, toilet and changing table.

La maison est bien agencée et décorée.
Pas de surprise et une cuisine bien équipée ainsi qu’une plancha dans le jardin.
La piscine chauffée est un plus.
