VILLA CALA, Hotel Rooms&Apartments

The hotel was exceptionally clean, new, beautifully and modernly furnished. The owner warmly welcomed us and gave us detailed information about the surrounding area and the beaches. The housekeeper was very helpful and friendly, and every day she left our room spotless and perfectly tidy. The swimming pool in the courtyard was clean, stylishly designed, and a lovely place to relax and spend time.

What we didn’t like: 1. The road leading to the hotel was gravelly, dusty, and poorly maintained. It was surrounded by overgrown vegetation and weeds, which made the approach to the hotel less pleasant. 2. Breakfast is not served at the hotel where we stayed, but at the neighboring hotel. The agreed price was €10 per person per day, but upon arrival we were told that the price was €17 per person per day, which was not what had been agreed upon. 3. The wellness and spa facilities, as well as the indoor swimming pool shown on the website, are also not located in the hotel where we stayed, but in the neighboring hotel. It was inconvenient having to constantly walk from one building to another to use these facilities. 4. The buildings and neighboring hotels are extremely close to one another. We could literally see directly into each other’s balconies and rooms. There was absolutely no privacy, which was quite uncomfortable.

La Villa è confortevole e pulita. Non è distante dal centro di Novalja, e la piscina fino alle 20:00 è comodissima.

La struttura è adiacente all’hotel Olea, in cui viene servita la colazione. Molto apprezzata e piaciuta la piscina, comoda e bella. Il parcheggio è semplice e privato. Mi è piaciuto anche il terrazzino della camera.

La posizione della struttura è a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ciò è un bene se si vuole stare nel silenzio e riposare ma è anche un piccolo malus se si vuole raggiungere il centro in giornata e/o in serata.
