Holiday house with panoramic views of the sunsets over Marøya and Edøyfjorden. The place for fishing holidays as well as holidays with friends or family. Beautiful and well-kept holiday home with several terraces. In the transition between the kitchen and the living room there is a wood burning stove. TV: Astra1 for German/international channels in addition to Norwegian/Nordic channels. Here, you can enjoy the sun all day by moving between the terraces. From one terrace there is access to a utility room/storage/indoor filleting space for fish with light and running water. 2 km to swimming opportunities from sandy beach and boulders. Nearest town and grocery store 4 km, restaurant located in Aure 14 km away. The idyllic island Veidholmen on Smøla with its fishing village, approx. 66 km + a ferry away, is well worth a visit. Take a trip past Kristiansund, which is only one hour drive + a ferry from the holiday home, or visit Trondheim approx. 2.5 hours drive from the holiday home. Freshwater fishing: 22 km to Todalselva with salmon/sea trout and 10 km to Krokvannet with trout/ char. Fishing license required for fishing in the river and the water. Distance to boat: 200 meters. Boat for rent: 1x 19 foot Galeon with 115 HP Evinrude, GPS/chart plotter/echosounder

Everything was perfect! The location is ideal, surrounded by nature with a fantastic view of the fjord, There are great fishing opportunities in the fjord with the boat, The house offers cozy amenities and a great fireplace that invites you to a pleasant evening by the fire, The two outdoor terraces are also really nice,
