    Even though this is a 3-star hotel, the service quality is far above what I expected. Everything was organized very professionally from check-in to check-out. I have stayed in many hotels in different countries and cities, and in my opinion, this hotel definitely deserves more than a 3-star rating. The hotel and the room were exceptionally clean. The towels, bed linens, and all other amenities were of a quality that I would never expect from a 3-star hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. Every day there were two different soups, and some of the hot dishes were changed daily, so there was always something different to try. Everything I tasted was very good. The location is perfect. The hotel is only about 50 meters from both the bus terminal and the train station. There is also a city bus stop right in front of the hotel, with direct buses to Pamukkale and Laodikeia, which makes visiting these places very easy. The only neutral point for me was the room size. Maybe the other rooms are larger—I don't know. Since I was traveling alone, the room was more than enough for me. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Denizli in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and professionally managed hotel.

    Definitely a no-frills type of hotel. Clean, compact, and convenient. We parked the rental car in the lot next to the building, and they had chargers for EVs. The elevators are a little old, and you have to be careful not to hit anyone on the other side when pushing open the door. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping maintains the rooms nicely.
