Amazing, well priced, kind host, just outside Dubrovnik

We stayed for 4 nights and it was simply perfect! I don’t give 10’s often so it really means something. The apartment is fitted with everything you need, well equipped kitchen, fridge, airconditioning and also private parking space in front of the apartment. Host is an elderly couple who are really friendly and helpful. Dubrovnik is reachable by bus in about 10-15 minutes. We payed €2,30 for single ticket (per person). Bus station is just around the corner, 3 min walk.

As a pretty tall guy (1,96m) i had to duck sometimes since the apartment has a sloped roof and kitchen lamp hanged just a little to low for me. I have this problem a lot in Croatia apart from this apartment so I’m getting used to it, so it wasn’t a big deal for me.

Great apartment near a little beach

Everything was perfect! The house is very pretty, in a great location, very near to a little beach. The room was very pretty, clean, and well organized. It has everything that'll you need: a little kitchen, living room and upstairs is the bedroom. The owners were very nice and lovely. They gave me a big piece of watermelon.

Well-furnished, spacious, and well-equipped apartments. Fantastic view from the balcony. Great location near Dubrovnik. Very peaceful and beautiful place. There are two shops near the apartment, and restaurants a bit further away. And one of the most important for me: very kind and helpful hosts :D

It was comfortable, modern with nice views and peaceful environment. It has a super market just by the side which is really helpful.

As it is far from the center, you need a car because public transportation is not that good.

It's was really good! Maria our host was very very friendly, everything you need is in the apartment. Not to far from Dubrovnik Center. It very comfortable place to relax. Once you go down there is a super market down the apartment which very convenient. Love everything about it

The apartment is located just in front of the local market Studenac which has everything you need. Also, the local bus station is just a 5 min walk, and you have a lot of lines during the day to the Dubrovnik. About the apartment we were more than satisfied, it was super clean, the bed is so comfortable, and you have a microwave, toaster, and kettle - all you need for preparing a breakfast or easy dinner if you're up to it. 10+ for the apartment and adorable housekeeper who gave us a bag of home cherries <3

The hosts were supper attentive. The apartment is modern and has all the utilities needed. The bed was really comfortable. Free parking and next to a supermarket which was really helpful.

The apartment was perfect for a couple, we stayed in the apartment nr.2, the balcony had a seaside view which was beautiful. The kitchen and livingroom was very bright. Clean,pleasant scent,comfy,nice minimal design, well equiped. It was great to have parking space in front of the house. There is a market right near the house. The host was very friendly and helpful with a good communication, we recieved a little welcome gift, fresh fruit from her garden, apple juice and water.

We could hear noises from the other apartments and smell when the neighbour was cooking.

If you want to stay in calm and nice place near Dubrovnik, just book here. It has the best designed two floor rooms in Croatia, and a nice balcony with a nice view

Cute and Cozy Apartment

The apartment is situated in Zaton, which is a small and very beautiful village. The apartment itself is new, very clean, has a nice interior design and a beautiful balcony. The hosts Maria and Srecko are very welcoming. They even helped us cleaning our fish which we bought before on the fish market. I can recommend this apartment and we are looking forward to come back next summer!

Bellissimo! Da ripetere!

Struttura a 10 minuti dal centro a piedi, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Bellissima stanza e bellissimo soggiorno! Da ripetere sicuramente. Gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto. Ha anticipato il check-in per noi e ci ha permesso anche di fare una lavatrice.
