Was at a good location

The room wasn’t clean, the room wasn’t the same as the pictures (in a bad way), when I went to the reception to tell them this they couldn’t do anything, I requested a double bed, instead they pushed together 2 beds. They were passive, we asked for a table for the balcony at least five times, we didn’t get it.

Perfect location for Ironman event. Simple, but clean rooms. Great location, very close to beach.

Breakfast was simple but good, we were always short of brown bread. :) We visited Jesolo end of April, beginning of May, prior to Ironman event. The whole area was just opening up as a lot of restaurants were still closed and there were no people anywhere. As soon as Ironman event was a few days away, the whole area was booming and restaurants opened. The hotel is 100m from the beach, in a very nice location, perfect for Ironman as it is as close to the swim start and T1 as possible. Rooms are very simple, but they have balconies and they were very clean.

It's not worth the money

Room - Safe, TV and air conditioning are included in the price. Breakfast - There was a medium selection of food that was quite tasty. Bar - Very tasty drinks at a good price Sea - It is very close, at most 100 meters from the hotel. You have to buy a ticket for the sunbeds, the price ranges from 10 to 15 euros.

Room - Really small room for 4 people and the bathroom is also too small, barely one person can fit in there (if you sit on the toilet you don't have any space for legs). Terrible beds, if you move a bit, the beds creak extremely. Sagging mattresses. Very outdated equipment. Bad wifi connection. There was no fridge in the room. Hotel Parking lot -❗WARNING❗ the parking lot is not guarded at all, although it is written here that it is locked, but it is not true, because the gate is always open and does not lock. One morning we discovered we had 3 TIRES SLASHED WITH A KNIFE. Because of this we could not leave the hotel and had to stay an extra night. The hotel offered us a lower price for the next night because of the incident, but they should have given it to us for free as compensation because it happened in their parking lot and it's their fault. We were not the only ones who had a damaged car, worse cases have happened there!!! They just apologized to us at the reception and that was it. BEWARE IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN ITALIAN LICENSE PLATE SOMETHING SIMILAR CAN HAPPEN TO YOU. Cleanliness - When we checked in, the room was not completely clean because there was an old beer bottle full of cigarette butts on the balcony and the cleaning lady did not clean it during our entire stay. Ants in the room. Dirty balcony doors and scuffed walls. Breakfast - Only one kind of salty pastry.

Door handle to toilet and toilet flush tank were broken, our sleep was interrupted by a guy from reception desk - he opened our room by his keys in the middle of night to check if the room was occupied- it was highly impolite

Clean, friendly, perfect location, cheap

The breakfast was very basic, pastries, boiled eggs, cheeses and cold meats. Coffee machine, juices, cereal, jams and spreads. You get what you pay for. The hotel is in a fantastic location 5 mins walk to the beach. The rooms were dated but everything clean. Great hotel if you’re on a budget. The staff were helpful and spoke English well

Rather good for the price!

Breakfast is definitely good, abundant and varied. The swimming pool is really lovely. Location is fantastic with the beach minutes away and a stunning view of the lighthouse and the sea (the side where I was staying on). They have a very good bar partially in the open air. Close by you can find anything you may want or need, as it is the case with all the hotels on the main road in Jesolo. Probably the most appealing element of this place is the fantastic price!

As noticed by others, the decor of the rooms is very outdated but just decent enough and anyhow clean. I think the breakfast restaurant should be open earlier than 8am.

It was a buffet with a little of everything. I wasn`t so hungry and i didn`t eat a lot. If i rember correctly the only thing that it lacks were fresh fruits.

Bad

The hotel does not meet expectations. The rooms are dirty. The toilets were not washed, there were moldy spots in the shower. There was always water under the bidet. Water was leaking from the battery specifically from the hose during the shower. The room was extremely small, it was impossible to move there. The toilet door hit the sink and blocked the entrance to the toilet. The sink was in bad shape. The bed frame was large and the mattresses very small. We slept on two small mattresses that kept falling apart. The walls were dirty, destroyed. The stench came from the air conditioner. The walls were too thin and we could still hear the other guests. You could only sit on the toilet from the side because there was not enough space. The balcony curtain was torn. We left the hotel a day early and when we told the receptionist that we were leaving because the hotel did not meet our expectations, he just smiled and said "okay, bye". From this I can conclude that they are used to bad reviews. The parking was unguarded and they parked we are in the meadow. The only positive thing about the hotel was the nice lady at breakfast, who greeted the guests with a smile, but otherwise the breakfast was also poor. Still only pastries, ham, cheese, yogurt and cornflakes. Basically, there was nothing else to choose from. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Stay in August 2022.
