The location was to good and it was enough for 4 and clean
The last 2 night the air conditioner was not working for one of the rooms but they fixed the last night

Clean and comfortable , all the basic needs were available. AC s worked properly.
The third room on the second floor was humid and the wall side of the bed was wet and smelled.
Wish they checked if we needed a porter service which we did not know about and it was a terrible experience with stairs with heavy luggage. At check out we asked about it and they arranged the service.
Both the garden lock and the house entrance lock do not work properly. They are old and rusty and requires a hard push to open.
Overall the rooms and bathrooms are renovated but the basics were left out like the locks, lamps as well as several very dark paintings on the walls which contradicted with the modern renovation.

Casa La Rosa was in a fantastic location and it exceeded our expectations. Antonio, our host, was extremely helpful, well organised, accessible and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask.
A sharp knife would be useful but this is a minor issue.

it was a nice spacious and clean apartment. check-in was easy and they allowed me to leave my bags early. it was quiet and had a nice terrace. location was pretty good, close to piazzetta
the maid left many bags full of trash on our steps and for the whole time no one ever removed them so it was not pleasant to come and go.
