Welcome to our Serene Canyon Home on 5 acres 3.3 miles away from Main street Murphys. The perfect getaway to relax or experience the local vineyards, winetasting rooms, beer tasting, concerts, shopping, restaurants or relax alongside Angels creek. Big Trees State Park is further up in Arnold. Enjoy water skiing or fishing in several lakes New Melones is closest. Fish in rivers, lakes and angels creek in town. Mercer, California and Moaning caverns are nearby. Ski Bear Valley or Dodge Ridge.

We reserved this home for 4 nights while we were in town for the fair. My daughter was showing an animal, so we knew we would be busy and were looking for a place where we could relax after a long day, cook meals and have use of a washer and dryer to wash my daughter's show whites if necessary. This house was even more lovely than we hoped. Spotlessly clean! Well appointed kitchen. We didn't have an opportunity to use the hot tub, but the outside area was very relaxing after a long day. The beds are so comfortable. We slept like babies with the windows open and the cool breeze coming through. There are two coffee options, brew or keurig. We liked being able to brew a pot of coffee so we could have a cup we woke up, and take a cup with us when we headed out for the day. There are great restaurants in Murphys, which is a short drive from this home. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Such a comfortable, relaxing home.

Had a lovely time at this home. Great setup and open space for hanging out, beautiful deck, and great hot tub. Had a weekend girls getaway for a birthday and did wine tasting in Murphy’s. Great location to Murphy’s and Angels camp. The home is very private which was lovely a s you’re surrounded by trees and can hear the creek when on the deck. We had a great time.

I was not expecting the privacy that this wonderful place provides! From the pictures it appears there is a home right above the house/patio , but it was just a small laundry shed. The house and grounds provide complete privacy. The home is bigger than it appears. The weekend we were there it was unseasonably hot, 110 degrees. The house was cool and comfortable. We cooled the spa down and enjoyed it in the late afternoons and evenings. The only negative, which isn't a big deal, is that there is no garbage service so you need to take your trash with you when you leave. We are looking forward to our next stay! We had a wonderful trip!
