About this house rental
Welcome home to one of the most spectacular homes on beautiful Norris Lake, just minutes off I75! 5 minutes by boat to Twin Cove or Mountain Lake Marinas. Over 4000 sq/ft and wide water views from three levels of decks. Perfect home for boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking or just taking in the beauty of the lake.
Main floor features a new remodeled kitchen, breakfast nook and dining room, along with a master suite with an attached bathroom. Upstairs you’ll have plenty of room to relax with double master suites, each with newly remodeled bathrooms. The lower level features a teen living room, and an oversized bunk room complete with a foosball table, darts and library. Fiber Internet/WiFi to stream all your favorite movies and music.
Plenty of space to tie up to the dock for boats up to 30’- with launching available at Twin Cove Marina. We’re also just a few minutes to a slalom ski course and a rope swing and cliff jump into the lake.
The dock has plenty of space for swimming or a glass of wine, and a patio area just above it for hanging out shoreside. For a more relaxing pace, take a short kayak or paddle board ride to Crystal Cove, just a few hundred yards from the home!
We also installed new more gentle steps to the dock in Spring 22…
We have three bbq grills for your outdoor grilling adventures. One gas Weber on the main level deck and one charcoal grill and one gas grill on the lower level. The fully stocked kitchen has all the utensils and grilling accessories you’ll need.
Plenty of parking space for up to 8 cars in two driveways, and more than sufficient space for your boat trailer as well.
Need to combine work and pleasure? We have ultra fast fiber Internet/WiFi and a quiet office nook in the bottom floor to catch up or join a video call.
Being just a few minutes off I75, easy access to Knoxville, Dollywood, Splash Country, Hiking trails and Gatlinburg.

Beautiful lake house. Amazing view of the lake from living room, kitchen and bedrooms!! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking multiple meals. The bathrooms look brand new as they were spotless. The dock had ample space to relax on and easy access to dock our rented boats for a “quick trip” home. Pigeon Forge was a quick hour away. Would definitely stay at this beautiful house again.

Absolutely stunning lake and the house has a spectacular view of it. Yes there are a lot of stairs down to the dock but you get used to it and you can tell new steps have been installed. The house was very very comfortable and well stocked and maintained. Andrew was amazing to work with and incredibly responsive. We absolutely loved our time here!

The house was large enough for our party of 12. We had a great time, and the views were incredible. The dock was a great place to hangout for the day. House was clean and well taken care of. Host is very responsive. Thank you!

We had a great time at the lake house. The house was well stocked with everything and able to fit the 11 of us comfortably.
