About this apartment rental
Beautiful upstairs 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Cathedral Springs, just minutes from downtown Palm Springs and the airport (but out of the flight path!). Relaxing balcony off the master suite - shaded by a majestic jacaranda tree - with ample seating comes with an electric grill (no gas or charcoal allowed) for those special dinners. Full size kitchen with all amenities, brand new (May 2025) washer/dryer. Master has a King-size Intellibed. Master bathroom has a custom walk-in shower. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds, third bedroom has a twin trundle bed. Both Master and 2nd bedroom have televisions and new architectural blackout five panel vertical blinds. Living room has a new couch and loveseat, as well as a 4K Samsung TV and sound bar to listen to your favorite shows and playlist. A short walk to the closest pool, hot tub and fitness center. There are three other pools and hot tubs to enjoy at Cathedral Springs.

We enjoyed our stay at Tanya and Scots condo! The community was very welcoming and the main office , very helpful.The condo was just as it was advertised. It was well equipped and well supplied with necessities. We recommend Scot and Tanya’s condo highly!.

This property was right on the border of Palm Springs and Cathedral City, which made it convenient for downtown, airport, and other resort cities down the valley. The security, landscaping, and amenities were all great. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I'm going to book this place again, maybe as early as this Fall.
