Wojtek is the most approachable, warm and helpful host. He greeted us from the moment our booking was confirmed, and answered all of our pressing questions quickly. The caravan itself is well-equipped and we were not found lacking at all. Super comfortable beds and all rooms felt homely. Great location, and can reach all the main attractions by car. Will stay again!

Beds were a little uncomfortable but we have stayed in static caravans before and mattresses are generally thinner than your own ones.

Everything, the most well equipped caravan I have ever stayed in. Comfortable, clean and cozy. I will definitely be a return guest. The host replied to messages instantly and couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. A very enjoyable mini break.

The caravan was cosy and had everything we needed. The host was very attentive and accommodating. The holiday park had lots to do and very friendly staff. In all, we had an exceptional time.

Superb

Lovely well kept and clean caravan. The site was very busy as you would expect mid August. Site facilities pretty overloaded with visitors.

Due to site being very full all services and facilities were too stretched cabaret bar and other bars were standing room only at 7 pm.

Caravan was sited near the facilities

No bedding, cleaners turned up 2hrs after we arrived, caravan was dirty as was the quilts and pillows were stained some with dry blood, the double bed and bed settee were completely worn out and uncomfortable. All in all was dirty and very outdated not worth the money paid.

Great Caravan, Not very good site facility experience.

The location is fantastic.

I payed for passes so that we could access the swimming for the children. Payed, had to book for following morning as was fully booked, only to be standing there 30 minutes to be told the pool was now shut! £44 for absolutely nothing as it was non refundable. Very disappointed as I then had to spend £33 at the Nova Center to swim before we came home!

The caravan was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The owner was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The facilities were really good. There was loads to do and right near the beach. Adults, kids and babies all had a really good time!

Great comms from host throughout. Everything as described in the caravan.

Communication from the host was BRILLIANT. The moment our booking was confirmed, we received a welcome message from the owner which included a youtube video of how everything worked in the caravan, such a great idea. Regular comms beforehand and speedy responses. The kitchen is really well-equipped, beds are comfy and the heating comes on quickly to warm the place through. Plenty of space for us (2 adults, 2 small dogs) and very clean. We didn't make any use of the facilities on the site itself as we were out and about seeing family, so can't comment on that but there seemed to be plenty available. We stayed in March which is the beginning of the season so it was still relatively quiet on the site. There are at least three shops within a two-minute drive of the site for any supplies you need and only a five-minute drive down to the beach at Rhyl.

Great stay and owner catered for all our needs.

The owner was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions extremely quick. Everything was clean and well stocked.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much entertainment on, so we had to go off camp. No chip shop open also, so again we went off camp to eat. We would have used this facilities if they were available. This is not the owner at fault, but the camp.

Great family getaway!

The caravan was very spacious and very clean! Lots of kitchenware too! It was in a great location as well! The host was on hand and so helpful.

As discussed with the host there were a few little things that would have gone down a treat… tea, coffee & sugar… towels… manual.
