It has great potential; It's close to the centre and spacious enough for 3 people Regarding key collection: The first key fits better in the front door than the back door (the hall light-switch is there too)

It lacked some items. A scourer spong for the dishes (sometimes a brush is not enough), a dishcloth to wipe the kitchen bench and table. 3/4 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 5 nights, definitely not enough. The bed has slates that slide away, and you fall through it. The fridge never stopped running, and the TV went on the blink (but not sad about that:)

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral. Sie ist jedoch im 3. Stockwerk!

Die Bilder bei Booking.com täuschen einen. Der Vermieter besitzt 2 Wohnungen in dem gleichen Haus. Eine davon ist größer mit Schreibtisch und einem zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer. Im Stockwerk 1. Das andere ist viel kleiner und hat nur ein Zimmer für schlafen und wohnen. Und ein winziges Bad. Man erkennt nicht was man eigentlich gebucht hat. Auf der Rechnung stehen keine qm2 . Bei Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter, wird eine KI dazwischen geschaltet. Die einem 20% Ermäßigung zusagt, was einem erstmal besänftigt. Im Nachhinein sagt der Vermieter, das es eine KI war und sowas nicht gewährleisten darf. Es gab keine Ermäßigung wie versprochen! Wir waren sauer!!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

Wir waren eine Nacht hier mit zwei Erwachsene und drei Kids. Es war komplett ausreichend und sauber. Immer wieder gerne.

Ein Parkplatz an der Unterkunft wäre gut. Wir mussten mit den Kindern länger suchen.

Abbiamo sollecitato la mancanza di wifi di cui la casa era servita ma nessuna risposta. Abbiamo sollecitato tramite whatsapp da cui ci davano indicazioni, tramite mail e tramite contatto diretto con booking ma niente da fare. Il servizio wifi è tramite sim la quale andava solo ricaricata. A nulla la precisazione che avevo una videocall di lavoro e per cui avevo assolutamente bisogno... disinteresse totale. Assolutamente negativa

FeWo mit Jugendherbergen-Charakter

Die Lage ist gut. Allein die Küche ist hübsch. Man kann im Appartement schlafen, aber nicht wohnen. Insgesamt können bis zu 8 Personen übernachten.

Lieblos und minderwertig eingerichtetes überteuertes 2-Zimmer-Appartement. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett, eine Klappcouch und ein Kleiderständer mit Drahtkleiderbügel. Im Wohnzimmer zwei Klappcouchen, ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und ein Fernseher. Im Flur keine Garderobe. Die Badezimmertür fällt aus einem Scharnier, unter dem Badezimmerspiegel ist keine Ablage - man weiß nicht wohin mit seinen Kosmetikartikeln. Die Duschwand auf dem Badewannenrand total verkalkt und verrostet. Die Fensterscheiben sind zwar sauber, aber wenn man die Fenster öffnet, sind die Rahmen dreckig.

Zum Ausruhen als Pendler am Abend ok Urlaub und Erholung eher weniger geeignet.

Moderne Einrichtung neue Einbauküche bequemes Bett. Haustierfreundlich. Das Bett lädt am Abend gerne zum verweilen ein nach einem langen Tag von Unternehmungen. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Kontaktloses einchecken.

Die Unterkunft war sehr unsauber. Schimmel an den Wänden im Badezimmer sowie an der Duschverkleidung Spiegelschrank im Bad von innen sehr verdreckt sowie der Föhn auch. Raumlüfter/Abzug im Bad sehr verstaubt. Fettflecken an der Küchenwand. Flecken auf dem Sofa Fensterscheiben auch sehr verdreckt. Die Wohnung liegt im Dritten Stock und ist zur Rathausstraße ausgerichtet demnach hat man Tagsüber sehr viel Verkehrslärm ebenso in der Nacht da aber etwas ruhiger. Fußleisten Feuermelder fehlen Schaden an der Rückwärtigen Wand vom Bett. Man muss die Wohnung Besenrein verlassen wenn nicht wird eine Vertragsstrafe in Höhe von 79,00€ über booking.com eingezogen. Eine TV Anlage gibt es auch nicht ich musste um TV zu schauen mich bei einem Online Anbieter für TV Fernsehen anmelden was ich eine Frechheit finde. Der Preis für eine Woche war demnach nicht ganz gerechtfertigt. Es wurde nach der Beschwerde eine Gutschrift in Höhe von 69,00€ versprochen bis heute keine Erstattung erhalten.

Wir sind selbst nicht besonders anspruchsvoll wurden aber trotzdem enttäuscht

Lage und Check in & Check out

Grundsätzlich bin ich für den Preis nicht unzufrieden. Allerdings hat die Sauberkeit wirklich zu wünschen lassen, und wir sind wirklich nicht anspruchsvoll. Gerne kann ich Bilder hinzufügen, unsaubere Lacken, defekte/heraus gerissen Steckdosen im Flur, Tür zu Badezimmer hängt (Scharniere lose), Stühle sind auch mit Flecken versehen und nur 1/2 Toilettenpapier-Rolle bei einer Ankündigung von 8 Personen(einfach zu wenig). Ehrlich gesagt werde ich diese Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen.

Sauberkeit war nicht so berauschend. Das es keinen Parkplatz gibt, hätte besser kommuniziert werden sollen und das die FW im Dritten Stock liegt, hätte ich auch gerne vor dem Anmieten wissen wollen

Die Wohnung liegt in toller Lage und ist modern eingerichtet. Check-in war kontaktlos (und dadurch mitten in der Nacht) möglich. Host war erreichbar und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
