Step inside and enjoy the bright, open living area filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. The large private balcony overlooks the turquoise Gulf waters—perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply relaxing to the sound of the waves.
The open layout allows everyone to gather comfortably, whether you're planning the day's adventures or unwinding after fun in the sun. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals when you're not enjoying Orange Beach's amazing local restaurants.
Each of the three bedrooms is exceptionally spacious and features its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for every guest. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
As a guest at Phoenix West, you'll enjoy access to exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside zero-entry outdoor pool, a lazy river, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, sauna, grilling area, covered parking, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sands.

- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed + private bathroom access

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Ice maker was broke was the only inconvenience since we packed a cooler down to the beach everyday.

This 3 bedroom condo is very tastefully decorated with calming blue hues and a wonderful view of the gulf coast. The lazy River was a delightful experience as was the indoor pool and hot tub.

Nice property… love the 3 Bedrooms and 4 bath units. Have stayed here before. Our stand alone ice maker didn’t work so we had to buy ice from the machine in parking garage for coolers. Dishwasher needs replacing. Smelled mold in primary suite closet. Otherwise was great.

Internet sucked we couldn’t figure out how to get tv to work other then Roku internet was spotty and very slow no dust pan to pick up dirt extension cords running from lamp to the wall Iin the living room. I would say that is a tripping problem. But once again we had to make sure the kids didn’t go by there. The sheets in one bedroom were dirty someone from a different Phoenix got us clean sheets. I guess we didn’t come to play on our computers but the kids did and they were complaining all the time stomping their feet and crying that was a lot of fun. A/c and water going out was fun too. But besides that it was good
