Nayah Stays, Lagoons beach, Paradise 3 ensuite with private pool

La villa est magnifique, encore plus belle que sur les photos. Nous avons pu y accéder de manière autonome grâce au digicode, ce qui est très pratique. L'endroit est superbe, très calme, aussi bien de jour que de nuit. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain, ce qui est très appréciable. Un petit-déjeuner continental est servi tous les matins, avec quelques variations d'un jour à l'autre. La villa est super bien équipée, que ce soit dans les chambres, salle de bain, cuisine, jardin ... L'hôte à vraiment pensé à tout. Un agent d'entretien passait également chaque matin pour nettoyer la piscine. La piscine est plus grande en vrai ... Une partie d'environ un mètre de profondeur et l'autre 1m70. L'hôte est exceptionnel : réactif, disponible et à l'écoute. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit cadeau de bienvenue qu'il nous avait laissé à notre arrivée. Au moindre souci, il suffisait de le prévenir et une équipe intervenait rapidement pour le résoudre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette villa sans hésitation.

La villa était splendide. Si des choses pourraient être améliorées pour encore plus de confort : les chaises longues au bord de la piscine. Certaines ne tenaient pas. La connexion wifi qui est lente.

Very clean and the private pool

Need some minor maintenance for AC and pool

-The pool was amazing and very clean. -The villa was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. -The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was good. -I would also like to thank the customer service team and housekeeping staff for their support and responsiveness

The maintenance team should check everything before guest arrival, as these issues affected our first day significantly. One room had an AC unit with an extremely loud noise, making it impossible to use until it was fixed the next day. Another room had a power outlet that was not working. The Wi-Fi password did not work on the first day, and some of the garden lights were also not functioning. As a result, our first day was negatively affected by these problems. Although the maintenance team fixed them the following day, these issues should have been identified and resolved before guests arrive

Villa was nice and comfy and access and check in and out was amazing, i like the breakfast service but if we could select and choose from a variety of two or three items would have been better

The AC(Airconditions) are very old and make a very loud and uncomfortable noise in two rooms all during night and was really disturbing. and the whole overall toilets are very old style and not optimum specially shower if renovated would be amazing and great, if you could add hangers in room and toilet would be great as well.
