Obiekt jest nowy i faktycznie jest czysto. Bardzo przyjemni właściciele nastawieni zdecydowanie "frontem" do klienta. Szybki kontakt on-line. Świetnie zorganizowana i zadbana spora przestrzeń wokół budynku z grilem, miejscem do położenia się. Możliwość zaparkowania na terenie posesji za ogrodzeniem oraz na ulicy przed domem. Duża, czysta, nowa wspólna kuchnia na parterze domu.
Bardzo malutkie łazienki. Kran tak zamontowany, że niewygodnie myje się ręce. Cienkie ściany, słychać rozmowy z sąsiedniego pokoju. Może był taki dzień, ale wszystko było ciągle wilgotne nawet przy uchylonych oknach (pokój na parterze) - nawet półki w regale i łazience (jeszcze przed prysznicem). Brak czajnika elektrycznego w pokoju.

Bardzo przyjemna okolica, cisza i spokój. Nie daleko od zejść na plażę, punktów gastronomicznych. Miły właściciel , możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów. Zadbany ogród przy budynku.
Parking którego w sumie nie ma - parkowanie auta przy samym budynku lub przy drodze dojazdowej do obiektu. Wybraliśmy tą drugą opcję ze względu na strach przed uszkodzeniami auta. Duży skos w pokoju, okno dachowe którego nie dało się zasłonić przez brak rolet. Nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizy z pod prysznica.
