The space:

@Living Room: Historic ambiance with modern comforts such as cable TV, Wi-Fi, and heated floors. Enjoy a fireplace, a comfortable seating area, and access to a private terrace.

@Kitchen: Fully equipped authentic kitchen with all the necessary appliances and extras for hassle-free cooking (including a Boretti range).

@Bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms with double beds, and one of the bedrooms features an extra bed on the mezzanine. The beds are already made for you.

@Bathroom and Toilet: Modernly equipped with a shower and two separate toilets spread across the floors. You don’t need to bring towels or a hair dryer—these are provided.

@City Garden: Private, sunny garden with a locked storage area for bicycles or sports equipment.

Parking & Arrival

Parking: You can park your car for free on the public street directly in front of the house. A charging station is available in front of the house for electric cars.

Personal Welcome: Upon arrival, we’ll welcome you personally, give you a tour of the house, and be ready to resolve any issues right away. Enjoy complete privacy—the entire house is exclusively yours; there are no other guests.

Our Presence: Although we don’t live in the city but in a nearby village, we’re usually present upon your arrival and, if desired, upon your departure.

Arrival time: Please let us know what time you expect to arrive. If you are unexpectedly delayed or arrive in the middle of the night, don’t worry. We’ll make sure you can access the property by providing you with the code for the key box.
