The Space:
Unwind from the bustle and find peace and style at Downtown Escape. This charming home is within walking distance from 4th Street where you can shop boutiques, grab coffee, order flowers, or dine at one of the nearby restaurants. A beautiful city park is just a few blocks in the other direction, complete with a playground, basketball courts, and plenty of room for family gatherings and a concert in the park every Sunday afternoon in the summer.

On the covered front porch of this charming home, you'll find comfortable seating for two with great neighborhood views. Then enter into the stylish living room where you'll be greeted by cushy seating, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace for chilly evenings.
A lovely feature you're sure to notice is the set of barn doors that open to reveal the first bedroom. Fall onto this plush queen bed as you take in the sophisticated style and unique finishings. Across the hall, the bathroom features an upgraded pedestal sink, classic tile work, and a shower with seating, a handrail, and a removable shower head for easy washing.

Down the hall, the second bedroom awaits. This elegant room is full of light and warmth with a fun cottage style. Have a seat at the desk; a vintage piece of furniture that spent its past life as a sewing machine table. This peaceful space comes complete with a queen bed, closet and shelving, and plenty of space to unwind.

Walk back through the living space to find a folded dining table with four stools, which also acts as a game table for your tic-tac-toe competitions. Round the corner into the stunning kitchen where you'll first see the wall of windows and French doors that allow a beautiful view of the mature backyard. With the kitchen flooded with light, you'll find crisp, white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. For that extra punch of style and convenience, a fully-stocked tool chest acts as a kitchen island with kitchen wares in the drawers and a butcher block on top. Just around the corner, you'll find a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Step through the French doors onto the deck and into the plush grass. With enough space for backyard games and plenty of mature trees to shade you on hot days, you'll find your own slice of outdoor paradise right in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene.
