Villa "Mari e Monti". 3 km from the centre of Castellammare del Golfo, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 6 m, depth 120 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 12 km, sandy beach "Castellammare del Golfo" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Segesta Parco Archeologico 10 km, Trapani/Porto Aliscafi per Isole Egadi 40 km, Erice 41 km, San Vito lo Capo 48 km, Marsala-Salina 51 km, Palermo 65 km. Please note: car recommended. In the case of bookings of 4 people a part of the house is not available to guests. This place is amazing, the pool is just perfect! You have everything you need in the house, the view, the location. One of the best vacation villas I have stayed so far. The price quality you get is One of the BEST. I will definitely come back to this beautiful place! Dont hesitate and book this place!
