Our apartment, located in the first row directly by the sea with its own boat dock (including water and electricity), nestled in a quiet bay, is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and boaters. You have direct access from the house to the beach and the boat dock. Our fully equipped, air-conditioned apartment features free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, satellite TV, a washing machine, and a parking space. Additionally, the apartment has a balcony. The living/dining area consists of a high-quality living room with a large flat-screen TV and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want. There are two bedrooms with large closets (one of which has a table and chair), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. Boats can be loaded and unloaded directly in Maslenica using a mobile crane. Surroundings: You can also walk to local restaurants (konobas) to enjoy Croatian specialties.
