An inexpensive option on campus, but not unlike staying in someone’s college off-campus housing.

The location was excellent. Basically right on Oberlin campus, making it easy to access everything. A more economical option than the hotel at Oberlin. Parking area was generous, which made it easy.

This place felt very much like staying in a college dorm. Fairly tattered around the edges with rugs that are old and the kitchen is decently stocked, but things aren’t the cleanest. The water pressure in the one shower upstairs is extremely weak.

The house was fabulous!!! We were preparing for a bridal shower and we had ample room for food prep and felt very safe in the location. One thing to note. The instructions from the owner identified things of the locale that was fabulous. They notified of frequent sirens but. It’s it was because of a close hospital. Very reassuring.

We had a beautiful time in Oberlin and our stay was most comfortable!

We went out for breakfast with our granddaughter who is a freshman at Oberlin. The property was beautifully decorated and everything was comfortable and clean. A sweet neighborhood and the welcome sign was very sweet, too!

Great location, clean and quiet at a good price in Oberlin

This house was very conveniently located in central Oberlin as advertised. It was very clean and well equipped. The price was lower than nearby alternatives.

The bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. This was a surprise to us since I don't think it was indicated on the write-up. Also, we were requested not to wear our shoes, again not indicated in advance.

Really fine rental and we're hoping to re-book for our return trip from DC in 5 days.

Great place, perfect for our needs, which were a one night stay. Not always easy to find that. Big rooms are nice, really clean, and wonderfully decorated. Beautiful homes in very nice college town, too.

Only drawbacks, if any, miniscule: No 1st floor washroom (3 on Comfort), No TV channels, (only Netflix, YouTube, etc.), and no lake with dock and fishing boats (that's a 4 on location, hence the 3:>))

I highly recommend it - it was a good experience.

It was very comfortable and welcoming. We got in real late but it was so nice to see a welcome note just for me. It was roomy and relaxing. It was so close to everything and just a short walk to grabbing breakfast and the campus. We both slept very soundly.

There were small areas in the bathroom that could have been a bit cleaner but not a big deal.
