Very clean, great central location. Very peaceful considering how central it is.

check out time 9am is very early.

Central location, clean and tidy, well-equipped kitchen, lots of hot water, new bathroom with excellent shower, comfy beds, new double glazed windows,convenience store opposite, biggish Tesco within 10 mins walk, big telly with great colour, cinema a few doors away.

Kingsbridge parking dreadful, have to move the car every four hours, access to cottage via dark, poorly lit alley with 5 steep stone steps and cobbles. Absolutely hopeless for those with impaired mobility or eyesight, wheelchair or even a buggy would be difficult. No washing machine - bad for family holidays, patio neglected and miserable, plant pots contain only cigarette ends, Kingsbridge cafes and bakeries close by 4.30. Very odd and unusual not to have any sort of manual recommending local eateries, pubs, restaurants and even odder not to have any internet code - I had to track down the owner and phone Booking.Com to get it.
