Disappointing and Lacking
Location - we know the area and have stayed in other apartments in the same complex. The agents who manage the apartment on behalf of the owner were very responsive and heplful
The apartment is poorly equipped. Garden chairs that are much too big for the room and a small table that does not suit any kind of dining at all. In fact it was impossible to have any meal inside due to the stupid furniture. Pathetic pillows - 2, very small, old and flat. Appalling. Apartment was not cleaned properly so 365 came and cleaned again - waste of our time and disappointing. Apartment stank of cigarette smoke. In spite of an ozonization clean (thanks again 365), the smell returned the following morning - awful for us and our 2 year old son. Decor is minimal - main focus are 4 massive speakers hanging on the wall - ridiculous. No proper recycling bins facilitated in the apartment and (amazingly) no washing machine. For the price, it is not good value for money. Many other apartments to chose from that have better facilities all round. Pictures do not reflect how dull and awful the place is. A lesson in how not to create a comfortable stay. Cheap and uncomfortable skimping by the owners. Finally, 10am check out is unusual and inconvenient. Managed to negotiate a one hour extension!!
