Was a night stop en route home. Turned out to be a lovely stay in a lovely town.

A very nice house in a great location. Was clean and had a good shower. Very easy to get in and great communication with our host.

Excellent townhouse.

The owners were available for help as they were in another property on site. Therefore an instant answer when not in work.

New guests need to be made aware that one of the bedrooms (2 single beds) is in the attic. The steps are very steep, and for many older people or young children, they may not be happy with this. Due to the steep nature of these stairs, handrails would be a big help to alleviate some concerns. Toilet visits at night are a particular concern.

Clean, spacious house. Well equipped. Bed is comfy. Host is friendly and well prepared. Easy to check in. Best value for money.

Below is not I don't like. Just a kind reminder that you need to climb a stair to reach the living room and bedroom. Not a problem for me. Just in case for you who have a big luggage, or you can unpack on the ground floor.

Only used for a stop over but location was great and the house had everything you could need, the bed was very comfortable, which was great after a long day of driving.

Stairs were a little steep with having young children and may of been an issue for a longer stay.

Good central location. Clean. Good shower. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious. Plenty of electrical sockets.

Clearly this property is a "works in progress". Mattress on double bed sagged in middle therefore very uncomfortable. Spare pillows stained. No television. Seats adequate. Towel rail not secured to the wall. Entrance hall unwelcoming and smelled of damp laundry. No literature regarding local restaurants (this would be most useful for first time and tired visitors).

easy to find. very clean. very good correspondence with the owner.

my only issue was that there was no milk for a cup of tea. a few small sachets of milk would have allowed us to have a cuppa on arrival after a long drive. this is not a major issue, just some advice to the owner.

It was clean and it was close to the centre

It was to hot inside. There was only one little fan which I had to strip to get it working. The bed was very hard, combined with the heat I couldn’t sleep well and enough. We rented it until sunday but we left friday due to the heat inside. There was a bed for my 2 year old daughter, but there was no kids chair......

Okay.... but a little underwhelming

Its a large bright,airy apartment. It has an excellent shower. Managed to park within 50 metres of the door.It could be so much better with only a little effort

It lacks nice touches. For instance there are no cushions at all ,for thse small two seater couch. The other chairs leave a little to be desired-hardly comfortable seating for four people. There were no place mats,or coasters for drinks. There is nowhere in the shower to hold soap or products -unless you are very inventive.... The door into the outdoor space could not be opened. A note in French, explained its problem( I think?). After a ten hour drive-I couldnt be botherd to decipher it...and gave up. Dont explain it - fix it!! No washing up liquid was available ,not a drop. Now I dont want charity but I do want to keep your dishes clean - surely it makes sense to leave just a little? Those stairs from the attic room seriously need a rail of some sort........surely? Lastly ,and my fault, I should have checked -there is no tv (oddly I thought a four person apartment would have one -but it doesn`t) - so a film from the laptop had to suffice....

Lovely central location but very quiet at night. loved the complete property, everything we needed or wanted was catered for. Great comms from the owners too. Great view of the peaceful garden from the bedroom 1. Would love to stay again

Well set-up 3-floor house but be aware of steep steps with no handrail to access 2nd (twin) bedroom

The 3-storey house is well-positioned, close to the Somme and to a Carrefour and bakery. Parking outside is easy and, in 4 nights, we were never more than a few doors away. Good communication with Lucie and easy access to the property. The house is well-provisioned with cooking utensils etc. Supplying ground coffee and cooking oil is a very nice touch, and I believe that the washing-machine could have been used if we had been there longer. Similarly, in nicer weather, I can imagine that the garden-courtyard table and chairs would be very pleasant (albeit that you'd have to walk up and downstairs to the ground floor with a tray of drinks/dinner) The WIFI was good and I understand the double bed was comfortable

The house is on three floors and, as I was visiting with my 80+ mother, the absence of a handrail to climb the steep stairs to the attic-conversion twin room made it unsafe for her to access. Consequently she slept in the double with us consigned to the twin beds (which don't push together as they are of different heights!). Other guests should be aware of this difficulty which makes the place unsuitable for visitors who cannot manage steep steps. Whilst the kitchen has a dining-table and chairs for 4 people, it was relatively tight for 3 adults and I'm not sure four adults would manage comfortably. Ideally, this is a place for a couple and children (pref small children - there is, I should have said, a child guard at the top of the steep-staired twin room)

Perfect stop on the way to Eurotunnel

Incredible location! Abbeville is a really beautiful place, especially under the right weather conditions (there's nothing like a cold beer in the sun). The house itself is very comfy, it has got everything you might need in order to cook and there's even table football on the ground floor!
