Washing hanging up when we arrived was random we thought someone was in property and smelt a bit damp but otherwise a lovely little flat

The apartment had everything we needed for a one night stay. It was clean and comfortable and handy for the town centre. Nice loittle outside area at tghe back.There was on street parking and we managed to park fairly close.

We stayed at Abbeville for one night due to its close proimity to Calais which we were travelling to the next day on our way home to the UK. The house is located on a quiet street within a 2-3 mins walk to the town centre and parking was possible on the road in front of the house. The accommodation is set out over 3 floors with one bedroom, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and living space on the first floor and the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor. In parts the house has air conditioning which was ideal this summer. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a single sofa in the living space. The house suited our needs for a place to stay for one night.

The fact that the accommodation is on the first and 2nd floors up 2 steep flight of stairs is not ideal if you have heavy suitcases. We therefore left ours on the GF rather than carry them up the stairs. There is no TV in the house which was fine for us but surprising. There is a small oven but not a conventional size oven. I personally cannot sleep on a hard mattress which was the case for the bedroom on the first floor.
