breathtaking scenery, friendly place, feeling completely relaxed, didn’t want to leave.

Chalet 149 in Westendorf rocks!

We liked everything in Westendorf, especially the ease of getting into the mountains and going for a hike or a casual stroll. Our apartment offered all the amenities required in a short stay of 5 days. Our resort manager, Jennifer, was super nice and helpful in guiding us on getting around town, restaurant recommendations, even ordering fresh croissants from a local bakery every morning. She definitely made us feel at home every morning with a smile on her face.

We liked everything in Westendorf but a few recommendations to improve guest experience are as follows: 1. As the town gets quiet at night, it’s nice to sleep with the windows open. However, our apartment was overlooking the main road and would draw in outside noise early in the morning. It took a few days to get used to it. 2. One solution to dampen the outside noice is with tower fans in the bedrooms which would also provide some air circulation. . 3. There are far too many house flies. Perhaps window screens can keep them out? 3. It would be nice to have some pillow options to meet sleeping needs/habits of different guests.

We had a super family skiing holiday.

Location was excellent, easy short walk to the Alpenrosen gondola to take you straight up to the vast skiing areas, and also into town which has some lovely restaurants. Beautifully appointed apartment for 4 with a balcony. It was really comfortable, felt luxurious and had very good quality facilities.

As it is a self catering apartment, it would be nice if the hosts could provide basics of salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee (and filters for the machine), as well as more than a thimble full of washing up liquid so you do not have to buy everything fresh which you would never use up in a week. Also a non-stick frying pan would have been appreciated.

Lovely apartments, great location, easy to get to town and the ski lifts.

Only downside was the reception closed earlier than advertised on the day we were leaving so we had to wait in the corridor/ on the stairs for our taxi

The apartment was lovely and modern. Very clean and had everything you needed for your stay.

Just one thing was the pillows they were very soft and flat. Firmer and maybe two pillows per person. The receptionist did try and find another pillow.

I had been in Austria for along time , this apartment is the best of all. I would like to find if this company have other estates in Europe. It matches the pictures we see in booking. Very big , modern , wonderful views , very helpful and welcoming staff.

We were a bit to early for check in, but the welcomed us and already gave us access to the room. The employees were super friendly and there is a nice breakfast service which allows you to order bread that will be delivered at the door!

الموقع استراتيجي وجميل جدا وقريب من سنتر القريه قربه من السوبر ماركت والمطاعم والكافيهات. ايضا قريب من التلفريك الهدوء نظافه المكان الشقه شامله كل اكسسوارات المطبخ والغرف الموقف سفلي وخاص ومتوفر مصعد تعامل الموظفات جدا راقي ومحترم

فقط يفضل تغيير الوسادات الخاصه بالنوم مهتريه قليلا وزياده لحاف وتوفير شطاف.

Tolle Wohnung, schöne Lage, nettes Personal! Wir kommen wieder!

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen! Wir waren erst etwas skeptisch, da der Eingang von unserem Apartment in der Tiefgarage direkt war. Aber auch von der Gartenseite ist ein Eingang möglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und gepflegt eingerichtet.

Wir haben weitergegeben, dass es leider sehr viele Mücken gab und dementsprechend Gasefenster für die Schlafzimmer empfehlenswert wären.

Wunderschönes Chalet, zentrumsnah, ruhig gelegen

Ein wunderschönes Apartment, ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattete Küche, es gab sogar ein kleines Päckchen mit Spülmittel/Spültabs/Schwamm/Bürste. Die Infrarotsauna im Bad war top, alles groß und geräumig gestaltet. Besonders praktisch die separaten Bäder zu jedem Schlafzimmer. Man konnte sich Staubsauger/Bügeleisen bei Bedarf leihen. Waschmaschine war ebenfalls zur Nutzung vorhanden. Das Chalet lag nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, die Gondelstation war auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt im Ort. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir wurden sogar am zweiten Tag angerufen ob alles in Ordnung sei. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft vor der Reise war außerordentlich zuvorkommend und lobenswert. Kann man nur empfehlen!!!

Die Lage ist toll. Das Personal freundlich.

Das „Sofa“ war leider nicht zum Sitzen oder Verweilen geeignet. Trotz Tausch der Rückenkissen hat man zu wenig Sitzfläche und es ist „nur“ ein Zweisitzer (wenn man hätte sitzen können). Leider fehlte das gewisse Etwas zum Wohlfühlen.

Apartamentai nauji, modernūs, viskas prižiūrėta. Yra garažas automobiliui su kambariui skirta vieta. Labai patogu, nes mūsų 2 miegamųjų apartamentai buvo atskirti svetaine/virtuve ir turėjo savo atskirus vonios kambarius. Gražus vaizdas iš balkono. Malonus personalas. Pėstute pasiekiamas miestukas su restoranais/parduotuve.

Iki pilno idealumo trūko tik minkštesnio čiužinio ir papildomų pagalvių, nes esamos buvo per plonos (bet pasikišom nuo sofos mažas pagalvėles). Taip pat galvojom kad per šviesios užuolaidos, nes ryte anksti švinta, bet pasirodo kad už užuolaidų buvo lauko žaliuzų jungikliai, kuriuos radom priešpaskutinę dieną 😅 tai su tuo viskas ok.
