There are better places for the paid price

It was not very clean, no barbecue available and the terrasse needs some work, we were a family of 10 with small children and we all had splinters in the feet, so you could not be barefoot which was really annoying. The chalet’s does not offer any privacy, when using the jacuzzi, the neighbour’s terrasse was 3 meters away with direct view. Not all chalets were booked but they still gave us one in the back row, immediately next to other visitors which was not understandable. The kitchen is very small with almost no storage possibilites for your own food. When asking for 3 beds rails (for 4 small children), the receptionist was clearly annoyed. When handing tbe keys she didn’t explain anything, not even how the sauna works. She was not very friendly nor helpful when planning hiking trails. Would not recommend!

I liked the chalet’s structure, the sauna and hot tub.

The kitchen was cramped. Also I did not realise there would be chalets in front which impeded our view. the website only showed front row chalets.

The chalet was very convenient, modern well equipped and with a spectacular view. Very close to the alpine coaster and chair lifts. We asked for clean towels in the middle of our stay and they were provided.

The staff could be more friendly. No service was provided in the middle of our stay although we were there for 12 days. Nothing was offered. The staff was very picky about the cleanliness of the chalet after we left as if they do not clean after us. We left the chalet clean but with few spots here and there and this was not enough for the staff.

Sehr schönes Chalet, das für einen Kurzurlaub gut geeignet ist. Nur Pool und Sauna sind zu klein.

Das Chalet war wunderschön. Es ist modern und voll ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Lage mit Bergblick ist auch super. Das Personal in der Rezeption ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Obwohl es von vielen anderen Chalets umrundet ist, hat man erstaunlich viel Privatsphäre. Wir waren größtenteils zu Freiden.

Die "Außenbadewanne" (quasi der Whirlpool) und die Sauna sind für ein Haus, das für 8 Personen ausgelegt ist, viel zu klein. In die Außenbadewanne passen bequem maximal drei Leute und in die Sauna zwei Leute. Für ein Chalet in dieser Preisklasse ist das etwas schade. Auch die Couch-Sitzgelegenheiten reichen bei weitem nicht für alle Personen aus, wodurch Filmeabende o.ä. eher schwierig möglich sind.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit maximalem Erholungsfaktor zum fairen Preis.Wie man sich Urlaub vorstellt

Freundlicher Empfang und unkomplizierter Check in nach Absprache auch schon vor 16 Uhr möglich. Erwartungen der Unterkunft in Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit übertroffen. Super ruhige Lage mit Blick vom Sofa, Bett oder Whirlpool auf die Alpen. Parkmöglichkeit direkt im Gelände unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Geräumige saubere Zimmer und mehr Toiletten (4) und Duschen (4) als erwartet. Zimmer mit eigenem Bad verfügbar für höhere Privatsphäre. Einen Kontrollanruf der Rezeption nach der ersten Nacht, ob alles passt, hatte ich bisher so auch noch nie, super aufmerksam!

Nichts. Jedoch sollte man die Größe der Sauna und des Whirlpools bei der Buchung beachten, in denen jeweils maximal 3 Personen Platz finden, wenn man mit 8 Personen anreist. Für uns zu sechst aber überhaupt garkein Problem.

Gutes Gesamtpaket

Fantastische Lage mit Blick auf die Alpen

Wir möchten nicht direkt Kritik äußern, jedoch möchten wir anmerken, dass Whirlpool und Sauna etwas beengt waren. Selbst zu zweit war der Platz knapp bemessen, und da wir zu sechst waren und uns aufteilen mussten, fühlte sich immer jemand ausgeschlossen. Unserer Einschätzung nach wäre der Raum für acht Personen ausreichend, allerdings müsste die Ausstattung dann geteilt genutzt werden.

Leefruimte en manier waarop de huisjes naast elkaar staan, vallen erg tegen.

Het park met de huisjes ligt aan de piste. Ons huisje stond echter direct naast de verzamelplek voor de kinderski-school en naast de parkeerplaats voor de skilift. Doordat wij er waren aan het eind van het seizoen, viel de drukte en de 'loop' langs ons huisje mee. Pluspunt: prima bedden.

De huisjes staan heel dicht bij elkaar. Een aantal, waaronder het onze, staat zo gebouwd dat je continu bij de buren naar binnen kijkt en bijna bij elkaar op het terras zit. De leefruimte in het huisje is veel kleiner dan gedacht. Wij waren gelukkig maar met vijf volwassenen en niet met het maximum van acht wat in het huisje zou moeten passen. Vooral de grootte van de keuken viel enorm tegen. Met vier slaapkamers en drie badkamers, kunnen er acht personen slapen, maar twee van de drie badkamers zijn wel heel erg klein.

Mooie huisjes op een rustige locatie.

Huisjes waren perfect voor 8 volwassenen en twee kleine kinderen. Veel gebruik kunnen maken van een snelle opwarmende sauna en heerlijke jacuzzi. Andere huisjes in het park werden praktisch niet verhuurd waardoor het er erg rustig was.

We hadden pech met het weer, waardoor we skiliften van Biberwier niet konden gebruiken om te skiën.
