Local limpo e com fácil estacionamento. Você para o veículo praticamente em frente a entrada dos quartos. Os quartos são bem novos e limpos
Não informam que alguns quartos não tem aquecedor, e dependendo da época é muito frio em Tiradentes. O banheiro e cozinha não tem água quente nas torneiras, e quando faz 9 graus com em junho, fica impossível lavar a mão na pia. As janelas de alguns quartos são de blindex que não vedam direito, deixando os quartos literalmente um gelo.
