It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to four people and served by a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen, a utility cupboard, a sitting/dining room and a conservatory. To the outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, as well as additional parking on the recreational grounds opposite if needed, and a courtyard area to the rear and a shared lawn area to the front. Washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and WiFi. Sky TV basic package (no movies/sports). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Community recreational grounds to the front. One well-behaved pet welcome. Roadside parking available - spaces for two medium sized cars are located on the lane outside the property.
