Pleasant stay

kitchen is fully equipped. Only chalet 2A has water hoses in the toilets (shattaf) good for muslims.

The chalets are not suitable for elderly people as it is on three floors. No AC. We got fined for using the nearby lake, rules are not clear.

Very pleasant family Christmas holiday

The lodges are in a nice quiet location, with no noise from neighbours. The bedrooms and living/dining area were a good size, and had a nice cosy feel and it was always warm. It was also nice to have several bathrooms. All the doors and fittings were soft-close, so no noise from banging doors. Overall it was very comfortable and well appointed. The two underground parking places per accommodation were also very convenient.

Only a couple of small things - a ladle and a teapot would have been very useful, especially as it's a winter rental. Although it wasn't an issue for us, the booking site could make it clearer that there are a lot of stairs in the property.

Great place

The house is fantastic - comfortable rooms and beds, nice terrace, spacious living room. 2 parking slots in the garage. Location is great if you want to visit multiple ski resorts - Kitzbuhel, Kaprun, Zell am See

Excellent!

Everything was very new and sparkling clean. The house was full of light and very warm, with floor heating throughout and magnificent mountain view. Wi-Fi was fast and stable. Beds were really comfortable, sheets and towels of good quality. Showers had excellent water pressure and temperature. Sauna worked perfectly, enjoyable after a day in the snow. Kitchen had all utensils needed for cooking. There was a ski room with heated racks for all equipment. Was also handy to park in the garage and go to the house directly from there. We could use shared washer and dryer (with 1 eur coins). Communication with staff was flawless, quick and friendly. We were able to check in early for free, and for checkout you don't need to go to reception (10 min drive). Wildkogel arena ski area was 20 min drive away.

Uttendorf is a small village, so if you cook yourselves, it's no problem, but if you want to eat in the restaurants, the choice is limited.

Tolles Haus für 10 Personen. 5 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder!!! sowie eine Sauna. Ruhige Lage. Klare Empfehlung 😀

Couchgarnitur ist abgewohnt - Austausch erforderlich. Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist etwas knapp. Weitere Empfehlung für Haus 1a - Wallbox nachrüsten.

Super Unterkunft für eine Gruppe

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und für acht Leute sehe großzügig geschnitten. Die Räume sind über drei Etagen aufgeteilt, von der Tiefgarage aus gelangt man direkt in die Unterkunft und kann seine Skisachen aufhängen/zum Trocknen stellen. Die Rezeption ist über WhatsApp erreichbar und antwortet während der Öffnungszeiten sehr schnell. Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Da in der Unterkunft "nur" ein Starterset an Geschirrspültabs etc. zur Verfügung steht, empfiehlt es sich, von zu Hause noch welche mitzubringen. Ebenso Geschirrtücher, Kaffeefilter, Handseife für die Bäder und Gewürze.

Fantastisch, wij hebben er enorm van genoten en zouden zo terug boeken bij tauern lodges!

De mooie ruime kamers en badkamers. De persoonlijke parkeerplaatsen. De locatie op wandelafstand van het zwemmeer. De hosts zijn erg betrokken en namen regelmatig contact op om te informeren of alles in orde was en konden snel via whatsapp gecontacteerd worden.

Geen airco en gezien er enkele warme dagen waren tijdens ons verblijf was het heel warm in het huisje. (Noot: wij zijn thuis zelf airco gewoon, waardoor wij misschien te goed verwend zijn)

- الموقع - الاطلاله - تعامل الموظفين - الهدوء و الاستجمام 🚨لكن ركزو على هذي النقاط🚨👇🏻

- اولاً الشاليه متعب في نقل الامتعه بسبب الدرج - ثانياً الغرف في الطابق الثاني تعتبر الطابق الاول بوضح بـ صوره - ثالثاً الغرف صغيره و غير نظيفه - رابعاً ما راح تقدر تفتح الشباك بسبب ثاني نقطه كتبتها - خامساً مو موفرين لا صابون يد ولا شامبو ولا محارم - سادساً خذ بالك انه الغرف في الطابق الثاني و الارضي هو ساونا ( ما له داعي و هو سبب الغلى ) _ سابعاً محطين صور في بوكينق ل شاليهاتهم الي في القرى الثانيه ف لا يغركم 3/10 و اخيراً اقدر اقول انه حرام فيه كل فلس دفعته ما يستاهل ( خمس ليالي بـ 11 الف درهم )

المكان جديد ونظيف والصالة العلوية كانت مطلة إطلالة جيدة من افضل الاطلالات اللي مرت علي شرحة مره لاكنها بالدور الثالث ترقى درج يهد الحيل

السكن عبارة عن درج البدروم ساونا وغف تخزين تطلع درج الدور الاول غرفتين صغيرة سرير مزدوج مطلة وغرفة 4 سراير فوق بعض ودورتين مياة بعدها تطلع درج الدور الثاني غرفة بحمام وصالة مع اطلالة بلكونة لك موقفين تحت مافية مساحات خارجية تقدر تقعد تحت

Fijn verblijf op hele mooie locatie

De douche Twee badkamers Dichtbij veel mooie plekken De bedden lagen lekker Behulpzaam en meedenkend personeel . Binnen garage voor de auto

De weg voorlangs het appartement , daar kwam meer verkeer langs dan dat we hadden verwacht. Maar dat was alleen 's ochtends en 's middags tijdens de spits. Veel vliegen, maar daar kan de verhuurder niks aan doen As dat van een ander appartement, boven ons of naast ons, op onze tafel en stoelen buiten terechtkwam. Ook daar kan de verhuurder niks aan doen.
