About this house rental
Exclusive custom built luxury home is located steps from the main street and just one block from the beach. 5 bedrooms (3 with ensuites), 7 beds + a pull-out queen couch.
4.5 bathrooms, a hot tub, games room with air hockey, a shuffleboard table, a poker table, card games, puzzles and an Oculus Quest 2 virtual reality game, 3 balconies, a private patio area, firepit, large backyard, a coffee bar room with Breville espresso machine, Chemex, Origami, Keurig and other coffee machines, washer/dryer on-site, barbecue and SO much more! This high-end home is perfect for one large, or two medium-sized families to share. Families strongly preferred. If you are looking for a cottage to party at, sorry but this is not it!
NOTE: We are licensed and registered with the city. While our cottage easily accommodates 14 adults, Grand Bend has implemented Short Term Rental Rules. Due to their rules, we can only host a maximum of 10 guests over the age of 12 on the property at any one time. This includes day guests who drop by. We can accommodate an additional 4 children under the age of 12. We strictly adhere to this rule.
NOTE - our rental contract must be completed, signed and returned asap after booking. HST of 13% is applicable and will be added by VRBO to the reservation. A new TOURIST TAX of 4% was implemented by Grand Bend as of Jan 1, 2026. VRBO does not add it into their calculations. It is due to us 60 days prior to your stay.
NOTE: Due to severe allergies NO animals of any kind are allowed. Again - this is due to a health & safety concern.

10/10 NO NOTES!!!! Nancy and David have built the perfect, cleanest, comfiest vacation property for big families!!! The house is beautiful and they left us everything we needed for the long weekend away. All of the grown ups and kids were so happy to be there. The hot tub, clean back yard , gameRoom garage and all of the balconies were a real treat for everyone!! The location is the icing on the cake. Quick walk to the beautiful beach or to the cute little town and shops. David and Nancy were also the nicest hosts and were so good at communication before and during our stay. We already want to have a reunion there next year! Book this house and don’t think twice!

The hosts were wonderful and incredibly accommodating to our needs. The place was great and really well equipped for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had an amazing time! The house exceeded our expectations! It was clean, location was close to the strip and beach, it was very roomy and the attention to detail was impressive!!!. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was the getaway we needed!!!
