About this cottage rental
To experience a break of well-being, come and enjoy our independent cottage "Côté Plage", of 40m2, 500m from the beach. A superb sea view awaits you from the sofa or the terrace.
Its bright main room has: a fully equipped kitchen (multifunction microwave oven, filter coffee maker), a table with 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa to watch the TV or the sun go down. You will have 2 bedrooms: one with 1 bed 140×190 and one with 2 beds 80×190 with shelves, a bathroom with vanity unit and shower and separate toilet. The garden and its terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs, will allow you to enjoy the sea air and the sun, from early morning to sunset.
This in a village with all amenities.
-No cleaning fees, but we want to find the cottage clean at the end of your stay, 40€ will be asked accordingly, thank you.
-Household linen (sheets + towels) optional at 10€ per person
And baby kit possible at 10€
-Attention, cat and small dog allowed with an extra charge of 30e: more than a year old and less than 25kg, never staying alone in the cottage.
-No wifi!!
-Electric vehicle charging prohibited (a terminal is located 500m from the cottage at the beach)

Fabulous property in a great location! Pictures don’t do the place justice, really high spec can’t find fault with anything!
For dog owners, the garden was mainly enclosed but small gap which a small dog could escape under by the drive - if your dog was so inclined, mine wasn’t!!!
If you book this property you won’t be disappointed!

Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet, wirk durch die Helligkeit stets einladend. Das kl. Häuschen hat eine super Lage. Die Ausrichtung der Terrasse mit dem kleinen Garten hat uns nicht zuletzt angesichts der täglichen Sonnenuntergänge und dem Blick aufs Meer begeistert.

Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub in einem mit viel Liebe eingerichteten kleinem praktischen Häuschen, mit toller Terasse und tollen Blick aufs Meer und dem Sonnenuntergang. Unser Hund hat sich auch wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Nette Vermieter.
