Dear Sir, We are very satisfied with the facilities provided by your resorts in the matter, but the only problem is with the food facilities as there is no kitchen available plus your check out time should be modified to 12.00 PM noon, since it takes time for us to arrange all our materials to move outwards, plus the Travels facilities are good but they are charging very highest rates which is not affordable, for example my fare to the airport on 17.06.2026 was Rs.850/- only, whereas ur drivers quoted rs.1300/-- which amounted to fleecing the customers with exhorbitant rates. the swimming pool is good. Drinking water should be provided daily in the morning at 7 am and evening 7pm mandatorily daily. please ensure that all the above are met with immediately to facilitate our recommendation to all our friends and relatives who travel regularly to GOA for enjoyments.

the only problem is the lack of food facilities nearby, atleast please tieup with any good south indian hotel, nearby to provide regular supplies, plus drinking water is not provided properly ie., 7AM and 7PM daily morning and evening mandatorily. provide one staff member in the corridor to be available at call daily.

We stayed here for 2 days and had a really pleasant experience. We stayed in a cottage, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The surroundings were beautiful, with greenery and trees all around, giving a peaceful and refreshing vibe. It felt like a unique and relaxing stay, away from the usual hustle. Overall, everything we needed was available, making it a great experience.

During our 2-day stay, we noticed a few concerns that could be improved. The cottages are located quite far apart, which requires a significant amount of walking within the property. This can become inconvenient, especially for families. Additionally, the lighting at night is insufficient. The area becomes quite dark and isolated, which may feel uncomfortable and slightly unsafe. Proper lighting throughout the property would greatly enhance safety and overall guest comfort. Another point is that food facilities are not available inside the premises. Guests need to arrange food from outside, and even for online deliveries, one has to walk out to collect them, which feels inconvenient due to the distance. Overall, while the stay has its positives, these aspects could be improved for a better guest experience.

I went with my friend. We both girls felt so safe that we chose to party at the resort instead of roaming outside. Loved it

No restaurant. No breakfast served. Pool closed before 6pm. Not good for spending the evenings
