The property is located within about a 10 minute walk to the center of Šibenik. The flat has been recently renovated and looks new, it includes all the amenities one requires like a dishwasher, washing machine, stereo, fridge, air conditioning, bathroom heating, coffee machine, electric kettle, hair dryer, kitchen and cooking utensils, etc. Although it's a studio apartment it feels very spacious. Dario, the owner, met us at the flat and was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this flat if you're staying in Šibenik!

The building is a bit run down but the flat is nice. We stayed during the winter and the flat has heating but the floors feel cold so you should wear slippers. Parking is close but payable during the week, free parking is available within walking distance.

Very nice and renewed flat with all the amenities that you might need. We arrived very late and Dario’s father waited for us to show us the apartment with parking. Unbelievable polite and helpful person. Also, we have faced some issues with the car and Dario helped us to make an appointment at the official service very quickly. Good location in a beautiful city)) Very close to the old town center. Definitely recommend)
