Die Villa ist okay aber Abgelebt und für diesen Preis (5400€ für 41 Tage) auf keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Very nice location for a family! One minute walk to bars, restaurants, 7-11. 3 minutes walk to the beach and facilities around the beach. A lot of various activities around for kids (5-7 mins on taxi/bilt). 10-15 minutes taxi to Walking Street or Central Pattaya, but it is because of huge daily traffic during the XMas - New Year period.
