Mieszkanie jest piękne, przestronne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Jest bardzo klimatyczne, z pamiątkami rodzinnymi, przedmiotami używanymi przed laty, ma charakter i mieszka się bardzo przyjemnie. Widać, że właścicielka bardzo dobrze przemyślała potrzeby gości. Jest bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka z pralką, suszarka na pranie, suszarka do włosów, żelazko. Wszelkie udogodnienia nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Lokalizacja dobra dla tych, którzy planują dużo jeździć, miejscowość jest blisko autostrady, można dojechać do Rijeki, na półwysep Istria i na południe Chorwacji.
