Good position of a self standing unit overlooking trees,river and pond. Easy walk to beach access .Excellent golf venue.
Wood external balasade rotten in places and needs repair .Time to repay R1500 deposit far too long .Internal stairs between living area and lounge could be a problem if mobility an issue

They take a breakage charge which is okay. However they deduct cost off your breakage fee which does not relate to breakage. They deduct an amount for vehicle entrance for our stay.

The villa was amazing, clean. Quiet place to just relax, and relax. The beach is just a walking distance.
