If I had known how the owner of the accommodation would behave when we left, I would definitely have avoided him for miles... My wife and daughter and I enjoyed the accommodation, we wanted to come back again, we have no problem with that, but it won't happen... We love Croatia, nature, hospitality, until now. Unfortunately, on the day of departure, I left the car standing in its original place for a while, as my daughter wanted to take a bath. Upon my return, I found the owner's stolen windshield wipers from the car, making it impossible to travel back to Slovakia with my family (I have an atypical size, you can't buy them at the gas station), fortunately there was no adverse weather, and a shameful sign saying that I would not share a week's paid stay with him. If he would write me the IBAN code, for example, I would easily send him extra money for 4-5 hours of parking, stealing windshield wipers before leaving from a decent guest, who left the accommodation in even better condition than when he arrived :), is shameful and worthy of an ill-mannered person and does not deserve even 1 euro next time. I rent a property myself, but such behavior is unacceptable towards a guest. Of course, people are different, he probably has bad experiences, but you need to first find out what it is and who it is about and not damage the car. Fortunately, we met many other nice people and it did not deter us from a decent visit to this beautiful location and people.

Location is good, very close to city centre and the beach. Big ,covered terrace. Deck chair is nice and there was sponge matt for beach. Table and chairs on the terrace.It's quiet although the house is close to main road. AC works fine and easy to use. Drying clothes rack is on terrace, good for drying your bikini and beach towels.

That studio is definitely not for 3 people. It is only if you sleep there and that's it. Bathroom needs more hooks for towels. Hanger for towel is for one person only.. Toilet paper is the cheapest ,thinest I have seen in a long while (looks like 1ply) Friend and me asked for more toilet paper and a hair blow dryer that we got 3 days later. We bought our own toilet paper. Bathroom is really small. Kitchen is small but lacks bowls for cereal and cover for pots. Watercooker is old, has thick layer of lime and small patches of rust. Lime can be easily washed after exchange of guests. There is sideboard that is in poor state, last drawer doesen't have handles to be opened. Small things but to take more money just because the beach is close by is not an excuse. Trash around garbage bins is scattered, and for our entire stay it wasn't cleaned. For the 8 days of stay I have seen the owner once when he swiped the terrace and watered the plants. There was storm during the days we stayed over and we had to swipe the floor once .I have expected someone to clean it because it's shared with another apartment and easy accessible from stairs. Would be really good if they put mosquito net on 2 windows that studio has. Table that was in studio is more for balcony/terrace than indoor because on one side you can't sit with your legs under it because of the iron bar.
