Great place to stay for what we needed it for.

Parking was secure. Location was great for access to Eden Park. Very clean and away for the noise of the city.

Although the location was great for what we needed it for , there wasn't a great deal to do around the hotel itself. Not a great place to bring children.

A hidden gem near CBD!!

The front desk staff was so lovely and helpful. Modern and clean suite with a super comfy bed. Super quiet with handy on site parking. Couldn’t fault the place, really! Looking forward to our next stay.

Comfortable place just off the city centre next to Mt Eden

Very clean, well equipped room with all you need (kitchenette, laundry machine, comfortable bed and bathroom), next to, or halfway Mt Eden. Value for money,

Perfect for a quick visit to Auckland. We would definately stay again.

The location was very central so perfect for us to get to an event in Kingsland and seeing family in Grey Lynn. The staff where extremely helpful and freindly.

Everything was as expected and suited our needs to this visit to Auckland

We arrived outside normal office hours and followed the instructions provided, unfortunately the key card did not activate the parking building so were required to contact after hours.

Good rooms, no support on arrival or if there are problems.

No one was there, at 18:00 when I checked in. Paid for a car park but the key card didn’t work. No one there to fix the problem. Luckily there was a road side park close by.

We didnt have breakfast. The staff were awesome and extremely helpful. Parking was easy. Everything was great ,we have already recommended Quest mt eden to friends.

Couldnt fault the facilities or the staff. Would definitely come back if we are in auckland.

Convenient, Tidy and Modern

Had a modern feel. Looked and felt tidy. Location was very convenient for where we were attending a concert. Shower had a strong pressure to it. We didn’t use them but there were cooking facilities and a washer/dryer in the room so would be ideal for people visiting overseas.

There was a smell of mould somewhere in the bathroom but it looked well maintained and clean so unsure if it’s just located in a place you can’t see or something else was causing it, the bathroom was definitely much tidier than some other places we’ve stayed in the past. It wasn’t an issue for us as we were only staying one night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for our needs - an easy 20minute walk to Eden Park for the rugby.

Great find!

We loved our stay at Quest Mt Eden. The location was perfect for us, close to Mt Eden Village for a meal or coffee, or walk up the mountain. It was very quiet inside our room, which was well appointed with everything we needed for 3 nights. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly. We found our tap in the bathroom had come abit loose on our second day, it was reported and was fixed quickly. We would definitely stay again. We found it great value for money.
