Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Sofa und Kleiderschränken und angrenzendem Badezimmer mit schöner Dusche.
Ein zweites WC gibt es im Garderobenbereich.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.: 2 Sofas, Tisch, TV mit grossem Bildschirm und Netflix.
Im selben Raum befindet sich die Essecke sowie eine offene Küche inkl. Waschmaschine.
Alles in perfektem Zustand! Vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aus gelangt man auf die grosse Terrasse die ebenfalls sehr schön mit Esstisch, Sofa und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet ist.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei unserem Vermieter, Ferenc!!!

Apartment was great – very clean, with everything you need. It’s close to the beach, markets, and the city. I would definitely recommend it and come again. They also organized transport from the airport, which was very usefull for us.
They had also offered us transport to the airport, but changed their mind three days before our flight, so we had to find a taxi ourselves (we found one online for the same price). Also, the address was not the one listed on the booking, so we had to send the updated one to the scheduled taxi.
It didn't cause as any problem, they informed us on time, but make sure you ask in advance to confirm all info.

I visited Cyprus for the second time, with my previous trip being seven years ago when I flew from Vilnius to Larnaca and stayed there. This time, I flew from Kaunas to Paphos and I’m so glad I didn’t let the distance discourage me. Choosing to visit Ayia Napa and stay at Lome Nissi Golden Sand Apartments for my workation was the best decision!
Traveling from Paphos is kind of easy. The direct green InterCity bus departs from the Karavella Main Bus Station and costs about €9, with a journey time of around three hours. Buses also run from the airport to Karavella Station often for just a few euros. The intercity bus leaves at 4 PM, and back to Paphos goes from Paralimni, it departs at 7:30 AM, reaching Ayia Napa around 8 AM daily. It stops right by infront the Sigma Bakeries, but I recommend checking the InterCity website for the latest schedules and departure locations.
I stayed in Cyprus for a month, splitting my time between Paphos and Ayia Napa. I’m genuinely happy I spent most of my stay in Ayia Napa. Nissi Beach is one of the most stunning beaches here, and it’s just a few minutes' walk from the apartments. My stay started at the end of February, and I was lucky to experience warm, summer-like weather (like Lithuanian summers) with temperatures of +20-25°C throughout March. Since the tourist season hadn’t started yet, the area was peaceful, with no large crowds or loud parties – just the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and work.
A special thanks to Mr. Utasi, who made my stay exceptional. The apartments were incredibly well-prepared, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged. Forgot about the different electrical sockets in Cyprus? No problem – Mr. Utasi already provided multiple adapters. Need an iPhone charger? Even that was covered, with spare charging cables conveniently placed by the sofa in the living room. WiFi is working fine in all the apartments also.
