Lokalizacja idealna. Blisko rynku. Obok fajna restauracja i stacja kolejowa (mało pociągów więc cicha). Szybki dojazd do stoków narciarskich. Gromadzyń widać prawie z okna. Laworta 7min. Niecałe 50min do serca Bieszczadów jeśli ktoś zapragnie pójść na Połoniny lub inne szlaki górskie. Czysto, ciepło, dobre wyposażenie mieszkania. Kuchnia bardzo nowoczesna. Właściwie całe mieszkanie jest nowoczesne. Określone miejsce parkingowe przed blokiem na parkingu wspólnoty z zamykaną bramą.
To nie jest problem i to nie jest tak, że to mi się nie podobało, raczej zdziwiło: w łazience przydałyby się wieszaki na ręczniki, a w kuchni, która jest bardzo nowoczesna przydałby się ociekacz do naczyń, oświetlenie na blaty, zwłaszcza nad kuchenką, i... patelnia. Było wszystko oprócz patelni.
