Hermoso Apartamento en el Condominio Nuevo Rodadero

La ubicación me encantó porque el sitio era tranquilo y todo el mundo respeta el silencio. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo que necesitas asi que no debes preocuparte por nada.

Limpieza

The location was convenient for us and the building seemed to be really safe in terms of measures that they took. Loved that it had a washing machine! Spacious enough, smart TV. The lady who rents the place was approachable via Whatsapp and always tried to help.

Weeeell the place was really dirty when we arrived! The windows were open and apparently no one stayed in the apartment for a couple days. The floor was really dirty as apparently debris from outside got in due to the wind. So when we told the owner she had the cleaning lady (who was rather unfriendly) clean again so we resolved that issue. However, in the evening we noticed that also the bed sheets were not clean and had a lot of hair on them 🥴. It is a pity because the apartment itself could have been great but not like that...Also no hot water and the kitchen equipment seemed a bit dirty and dusty like it hasn't been used or properly cleaned in a while. Can be that we were really unlucky and it was a one time thing but unfortunately I cannot give a higher rating for the apartment we got. Pictures attached.
