Tolle Lage nahe am See mit privatem Seezugang , am Rad-/Fußweg nach Friedrichshafen. Privater Parkplatz vorhanden. Sehr schöne modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ohne zuviel Schnickschnack, sehr sauber, tolle Küche mit Spülmaschine und allem was Nötig ist. Nespresso Maschine und Kaffee vorhanden. Bett bequem und verschiedene Kissen sowie weitere Decken vorhanden. Check-in und Kommunikation perfekt und schnell.
Es gibt keine Türen zwischen Schlafzimmer und Hausflur, daher hellhörig. Ebenso gibt es keinerlei Sichtschutz an den Fenstern, daher muss zum Sichtschutz die Jalousie geschlossen werden. Ein dünner Vorhang wäre schön um die Wohnung gemütlicher wirken zu lassen und einen Sichtschutz zum nahen Nachbarhaus zu gewährleisten. Internet nicht sehr stabil, was aber evtl am Wetter lag.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für zwei Personen gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.
Die Bettdecken waren etwas dünn, sie waren für die kalte Jahreszeit etwas frisch. Es war aber eine Wolldecke vorhanden, die man dazunehmen konnte.

Bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur hätte uns ein kleiner Ventilator gut gefallen.
