Ótima localização!
Poderiam investir um pouco, trocar sofá, um Cooktop, controle ar quebrado, Wi-Fi fraco, não conectava nem Netflix.

A localização é perfeita, perto de tudo e, mesmo assim, incrivelmente silencioso e seguro. A disposição do apartamento no formato duplex, com dois ambientes, valoriza muito a privacidade e as persianas automatizadas deram um toque a mais.
Algumas comodidades poderiam ser melhor atendidas. Nas fotos do apto aparecem eletrodomésticos como sanduicheira/grill e cafeteira, que não constavam pessoalmente. Também sentimos falta de mais itens de higiene e limpeza (papel higiênico, um álcool ou desinfetante e panos para secar louça e limpar o chão). Mas pensando que a maioria dos viajantes escolhem a estadia para passar pouquíssimo tempo dentro do apto, ele é excelente.

Tudo muito bom. Ótimo atendimento. Depois de 40 dias eu e minha esposa chegamos a pensar em voltar um dia a morar em Porto Alegre em um cantinho exatamente como esse. Com certeza recomendamos.

Havia problemas de limpeza. Encontrei um carrapato no sofá, provavelmente por permitir animais.
