Our private 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom lakefront cottage sits on over 2.5 acres on the shores of tranquil Deer Lake and is the perfect place for families and friends to get away in any season. During the summer, take a dip in the springfed lake, jump on the water trampoline, or explore the lake in a canoe, kayak or paddle-board. Rent a boat from the nearby marina, fish off the dock, challenge the family to a game of cornhole toss, or just soak up some sun on the docks. Read and relax in the screened-in Muskoka room, bask in the peaceful views from the upper deck, or enjoy a fire right down by the waterfront - the choice is yours. Your summer getaway awaits you!

Go for a paddle on the lake, explore the local trails on your ATV, enjoy a fire at the firepit with a front-seat view of the lake or head to nearby Mikisew Provincial Park for a hike on their nature trails. This was such a wonderful family getaway! We were 6 adults and everyone loved our stay. Even though we had some rainy weather, it didn't matter. This is the kind of place where you can't help but relax and feel like you're on vacation. First of all, the hosts are beyond gracious and helpful from the moment that you book, and their thoughtful Welcome Basket was a huge hit with us all. We got to play some games none of us had played before and there was plenty of different spaces to hang out in. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are so comfortable. When the sun did come out and we got outside we loved the whole waterfront area and enjoyed all the activities. We truly didn't want to leave. Thanks Brad and Penny for offering your amazing cottage for others to experience. We hope we get a chance to stay again!

Despite the rain, we had a wonderful and relaxing time. The cottage is very cozy and well maintained. Brad and Penny are terrific hosts. We would love to come back again.
