PARKING:
You can park up to 3 cars on the driveway
Please be aware there is no street parking, To avoid possible towing please park in your driveway without blocking the sidewalk or on the grass.
This is a matter of public safety and City of Kissimmee Fire Code. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. To avoid possible towing, please park in your driveways
Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all time and cannot be parked within the Community. It will be towed at owner’s expense.
POOL MAINTENANCE:
The pool is cleaned during the week, someone will come out during the day to treat the pool with chlorine, levels may be high, so we recommend waiting at least 2 hours before using the pool again.
POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 50F or under. This is an extra service and may not be available at times.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

My family & I stayed at this property for a short vacation in April. The house was very nice and modern - but there were several areas where improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience. Upon arrival - the house had a VERY STRONG smell of curry that lingered throughout our stay. Despite opening windows and doors to air out, the odor persisted and permeated throughout our stay. The thermostat was locked at 70 degrees. The house always felt warm and stuffy. There were two small portable fans in 2 of the bedrooms, one of which was broken. Despite capped ceilings (for ceiling fans) none were installed. There really needs to be ceiling fans for proper air circulation. It was very difficult to sleep at night because of the warmth and stuffiness. The outside grill was locked and unavailable for use. Although the pool was quite nice, there was only ONE lounge chair provided and that was broken! Although the broken chair was replaced the next day - there still lacked anywhere for all of us to sit & enjoy the pool! A single lounge chair is NOT sufficient for a house that accommodates multiple guests. The community pool was nice but both days we were there - it was filled to capacity with outside groups. There is a lot of potential with this property, but the owner needs to consider these suggestions to make this home more appealing to renters.
