As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the very convenient location to all Telluride amenities; dining, skiing, shopping and nightlife. It would be nice if the referenced hot tub was available after skiing. We would easily return to this location.

We enjoyed the most incredible stay at the condo! We came with a few friends over the telluride bluegrass festival, and it was truly the perfect spot. The location cannot be beat, just a few blocks away from the gondola and close to all of the action in town. The cleanliness, decor and the condo itself was absolutely spectacular. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus, and all of the beds were very comfortable. Not to mention, the steam showers were amazing!
The only issue we had was communicating with Vacasa to get the pilot light for the fireplace turned back on, we were not able to do that successfully unfortunately, but everything else was beyond perfection. We will absolutely return back to this incredible place!

The views from the hot tub on the balcony of this unit is just one of the many reasons to stay here. It looks like the unit had recently been redone and everything was in mint condition including the steamers in the showers, which was a major bonus. It was an easy walk to and from the gondola with ski gear and the location is primo for walking around town. We have stayed in multiple locations over the the years, and this one combined all the best aspects of each under one roof. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We have been staying in this condo for the last five years and we absolutely love the location, amenities and working with Latitude 38. However, there is an angry man who lives on this floor and yells all the time at the guests. He is aggressive in his behavior and has often scared me and my children. We have also been yelled at when walking into the property by a woman with a dog who works in the basement..”where do you think you’re going??” The people who own these properties should know how their customers are being treated by the other residents. We won’t be renting here again.
