This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request).

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice spot! Convenient. Noisy neighborhood due to all of the ongoing construction, which starts early in the morning.
When I arrived, it was BLAZING hot inside, I opened the windows and doors while unloading my car. When I finally brought the groceries inside, I noticed two of the stove burners were on, HIGH. The wall was too hot to touch, cabinets above, dishes inside. Scary.
The dishes are sort of old and chipped, no dishwasher soap was supplied. I was generally happy, could use a few updates.

Nice apartment with all the necessities located near everything. Loved the porch. Could use some TLC - carpet was stained and dirty, queen mattress was not comfortable, nor was the pullout sofa bed.

The location was great. The layout worked fine. If those are your only criteria, you will be content. However, if you want: 1. Carpet that doesn't look like someone was killed? 2. Furniture that isn't falling apart? A janky counter stool put my friend on the floor. A couch collapsing in the middle.3. Working WiFi? 4. A TV in the bedrooms? ...then you will want to look elsewhere. After calling the management company to complain upon arrival just to get some working internet (and detailing the issue of the carpet), I would have expected some type of partial refund, but ZERO follow up. I would post pictures (of which I have many) if VRBOhad the ability to upload them. I'll be looking for another place to stay my next trip to Telluride.
