This property is located just south of the 202 near University and Priest Roads in Tempe. Quick access to Old Town Scottsdale, The Phoenix Zoo, Tempe Town Lake, and Downtown Phoenix. Spring Training games, WestWorld, Waste Management Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show. Take a day trip to Sedona, Jerome, Payson, or Prescott, and be back before sundown.
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.
Pet friendly. We accept up to 2 dogs. There is an Additional $45 fee per dog, and guests must agree to a Pet Addendum.

Pros - Good for hosting family, great backyard, hot tub was great; Cons - Internet signal was n/a for the last 2 days, stained sheet in one of the bedroom, 1st world issues, would stay again.
