Welcome to Mountain View Chalet!
Exceptionally breathtaking and spacious, this 2,200 square foot home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large loft area that is loaded with high-end finishes. This home is beautifully decorated with a real designer's touch! The chalet offers an open floor plan with several large windows to soak in the tranquil Big Sky scenery including wildlife who wander by regularly! This is the perfect starting and ending point for your mountain and Yellowstone National Park adventure. This chalet is located 1 mile from the heart of Town Center that provides a wide variety of great restaurants, shops, bakery, movie-theater, liquor store, groceries and free concerts in the park during the summer months.
Winter
Big Sky Resort is the biggest skiing in America, and it earns that title every single year. With 5,800 skiable acres, 4,350 feet of vertical drop, and an average of 400+ inches of snowfall annually, it delivers for every level of skier and rider. When you are ready to step off the slopes, the historic Lone Mountain Ranch has 85+ kilometers of groomed Nordic trails through the wilderness, voted the #1 cross-country ski resort in North America. Beyond that, Yellowstone National Park, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, ice fishing, and world-class spa experiences are all within easy reach.
Summer
The mountains do not slow down when the snow melts. Within minutes you have world-class fly fishing, river rafting, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and zip-lining at your doorstep. Follow the scenic Gallatin River along historic Highway 191 and you are at the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park in just 45 minutes. We loved everything about our stay from the location to the accommodations and customer service. The owners and property management of this property have provided everything you need to be comfortable. It was a great week even with the lack of snow for our ski trip. But unlike many people that go on vacation and get mad when the weather isn't perfect, we totally understand you can't control mother nature. Thanks for a wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood!

One in our group wasn’t skiing. Was super easy for them to drop us off and pick us up. 15 min drive to base. Nice to be near town. Worked great for three families.
