Make yourself at home in this sunny and bright townhome in downtown Telluride, where you'll be a short walk from Clark's Market, the lifts, the free gondola that connects Telluride and Mountain Village, Telluride Town Park, restaurants, shops, entertainment, and much more.
The Tomboy Townhome is a three-level property with an unenclosed backyard, a deck, dedicated driveway parking, and an attached garage. The second level's main living area boasts an open-concept layout that connects the dining room, the kitchen, and the living area. The kitchen is large and perfectly designed for gourmet cooking with high-end appliances. Feel at home standing over a grill? The deck off of the living room serves up sightlines of the ski mountain as you flip burgers. Upstairs, you can escape to peaceful privacy in the spacious king suite. A comfortable queen bedroom and the bunk room are located downstairs. The small attached garage provides secure storage for your recreational toys and is a great place to put on your ski boots before the short walk to lift 7.
The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!
THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Unfortunately this home is surrounded by a massive construction project on both sides of the property. The noise and dust are quite noticeable. The home itself is lovely, but the setting is not nice at the moment.
