The open floor plan in the living and dining area makes a great gathering spot after a fun-filled day in the mountains. Cozy textiles and warm colors fill the home to create a charming ambiance that makes you feel warm even as the snow falls outside. Visually impactful touches like the black and white bathroom tile, bold accent walls, and 17-foot ceilings combine to create a sense of character.
Even more special than what lay within the walls of this home are the views just beyond. Stunning mountain vistas of the ski area and the Wilsons are framed by the windows throughout. In the evenings, you get front row seats for Mother Nature's great show, with sunsets over the mountains on your own private deck. Comfortable and quiet, this condo is the perfect home base for all of your mountain adventures. The entire condo is a single level which makes moving around easy, no matter your age or where you call home.
The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice roomy condo.
Directions for entering garage and using elevator were provided in the section titled "Driving Directions." Not intuitive to look there. Should be in separate sections.
Condo was not as clean as we had hoped when we arrived - dirty towels left out, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, empty wine bottle in the cabinet, crumbs on the living room floor.

Very ideal location and accommodations. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we wanted.
The location was fantastic, a short walk away from the ski area and surrounded by nice restaurants.
The apartment itself was a nice space with nice character and all the amenities we could need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a ski trip to Telluride.

Great condo in convenient location. Clean, comfortable and good appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit. Private garage parking. We would stay there again.
